RJ polymer ceramic wear-resistant composite coating is an industrial technology that applies adhesives with special materials (wear-resistant particles) added to the surface of parts to achieve the purpose of repairing damaged parts or endowing the surface with special functions (wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance).

RJ polymerized ceramic wear-resistant composite coating is a wear-resistant composite material based on ceramic particles and composite ceramic particles, metal carbides as aggregates and PDMG prepolymers, featuring water resistance, oil resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. It is applicable to the overcurrent erosion of equipment within the temperature range of -60℃ to 160℃, large-scale repair of equipment, and pre-coating of wear-resistant layers on equipment, such as hydrocyclone, flotation column, flotation machine, foam tank, classifier, mixing tank, chute, pipe fittings, slurry pump and other equipment repair (typical applications are shown in the main physical and mechanical performance table). For various working conditions, in combination with the process plan, solve the wear problems of mechanical equipment.

Usage method

1. Surface treatment: Roughen the area to be treated, such as grinding with an Angle grinder or sandblasting, etc. Clean the roughened surface; The treated surface should be a coarse, dry and fresh substrate surface, and it should be free of oil stains and dust.

2. Preparation: Mix components A and B evenly in a weight ratio of 10:1 and use up within 30 minutes. Generally, it is prepared during construction. The amount prepared at one time should not exceed 1.5 kilograms. If too much is prepared at one time, the glue will solidify quickly and partially solidify before it is used up, making it unusable. According to the actual temperature, more can be added in winter and less in summer. If the temperature is too low, component A can be appropriately heated to reduce its viscosity for easier preparation.

3. Coating: The appropriate coating thickness for this product is 1 to 5mm. The mixed material should be applied layer by layer to the area to be repaired. Each layer should be compacted to ensure full penetration with the substrate. After the coating reaches the required size, the surface layer should be smoothed out. This material cannot be mechanically processed. Attention should be paid to controlling the coating thickness to avoid interference during assembly.

4. Curing: It can be put into use after curing at 25℃ for 24 hours. If the temperature is low, heating or extending the curing time should be adopted to promote curing. In general, during winter construction, an iodine tungsten lamp can be placed 40cm away from the coating for heating. (Or use a heating furnace for heating)
